The best part by far was the dreamy breakfasts. Every morning we would go to the top of the hotel and enjoy Turkish bread, bread circles with <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">sesame</span> seeds (<span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">simit</span>), feta cheese, chewy rolls, yogurt, cucumbers, <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">coffee</span>, tea, granola, and some meats. I had forgotten how glorious Turkish food was and it soon became one of the highlights of <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3">the</span> trip for both of us.<br /><br /><br />Inside <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4">Hagia</span> Sofia/ <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5">Aya</span> Sofia<br /><br />After inspecting a small mosaic museum, we made our way to <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6">Aya</span> Sofia. If you have ever taken a basic art history class, you would have seen this church turned mosque turned <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7">Unesco</span> World Heritage site in the architecture chapter.
